Ingredients

    6 corn tortillas
    1 can black beans, drained
    6 oz Gimme Lean SoyMeat (hamburger style)
    2 cups shredded lettuce
    1 cup shredded cabbage
    1/4 cup green onion
    (Your choice of other salad ingredients)
    2 Tbsp Trader Joe's Santorini Reduced Fat Salad Dressing
    1 oz Fat Free Feta Cheese

Directions

Spray tortillas with cooking spray and lightly salt. Bake in 400 degree oven for 5-10 minutes, or until crisp.

Drain black beans and heat with onions, garlic, cumin or other desired spices.

Crumble Gimme Lean and add desired spices. Cook according to package instructions.

Toss lettuce, cabbage, green onion, and any other desired veggies with salad dressing and fat free feta cheese.

Top tortillas with beans, Gimme Lean, and salad.
