    1 6 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
    1 Can 99% Fat Free Chicken Broth
    1 Can Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth
    1 Cup Frozen Peas
    1 Cup Frozen Corn
    1 Cup Sliced Carrots
    2/4 Cup Chopped Onions
    6 oz No Yolk Broad Noodles
    2 Tbsp Dried Parsley


Cook chicken breast and let cool. Cut chicken into bite size pieces. In large pot combine all ingredients except noodles. Simmer on stove at least 1 hour, or place all ingredients except noodles into a slow cooker and simmer for several hours. If on stove top bring soup up to a boil about 15 - 20 minutes before you are ready to serve and add noodles and boil until tender. If using slow cooking bring water up to a boil on a stove top cook noodles until almost done and add to the slow cooker simmer for another 15-20 minutes until noodles are finished cooking. Makes approximately 8 one cup servings.
