    2 lbs of boneless/skinless chicken breasts
    1 16 oz pkg asparagus stir fry
    1 pkg of 3 cheese tortelini
    2 tsp of olive oil
    1/2 cup of butter
    2 tbsp minced garlic
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp black pepper
    2 tsp of poultry seasoning
    2 cups of evaporated milk
    3/4 cup of parmesean cheese
    1 tsp italian seasoning
    1 tbsp garlic powder


follow directions on pkg to cook tortelinni
cut up chicken and saute with a tsp of olive oil add minced garlic, poultry seasoning, italian seasoning,and salt.Let cook until chicken is done and set aside.
make alfredo sauce:combine 1/2 cup of butter, 2 cups of evaporated milk, black pepper, parmesean cheese, garlic powder. Let cook for 5 minutes. Add vegetables to sauce and cook for 7 to 10 minutes. Stir and add chicken, mix well. Let cook for 5 minutes then add tortelinni, and let cook another 5 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
