Introduction

This cake is so moist in can be eaten unfrosted or

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    3 eggs
    2/3 cup honey
    3 bananas
    1 tblsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1-4 oz. container vanilla yogurt fat free
    1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
    2 heaping cups of whole wheat flour

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 9 x 13 pan.
In blender, mix eggs, honey, bananas,vanilla, yogurt, and applesauce. Blend well.
In large bowl, stir flour and baking powder. Add
blender mix, pur into pan and bake for 30 minutes.
Cover as soon as it is removed from oven holds in
moisture and there is no need for frosting. But if
frosting is desired, mix, 1 3 oz. package of softened cream cheese with 2 tblsp of milk and as much Splenda as needed to reach desired consistency.
