    1/4 c. Pineapple Tidbits
    1/4 c. Green Pepper
    8 cherry tomatoes
    4oz. beef chuck (cubed)
    1/4 c. Honey
    1/8 c. Lemon Juice


Start by making the marinade. Mix 1/8 cup lemon juice with 1/4 cup honey in a gallon sized ziplock bag. Add seasoning to taste then place 4 ounces of cubed beef chuck into the bag and leave overnight.
The next day, use skewers to place remaining ingredients on with the beef cubes. Alternate the order of ingredients as desired. Salt and Pepper if you wish then place on a grill for 3 to 5 minutes. Turn skewers half way through cooking time to cook evenly.
This will make 8 skewers.
