Number of Servings: 1


    1 sea bass fillet around 100g,
    1 teaspoon of minced root ginger,
    40 ml teriyaki sauce,
    Juice of half a lime
    About 50 g brown rice (dry weight) cooked to packet instructions,
    1 serving each broccoli and carrots, steamed to desired tenderness.


Place the teriyaki sauce, lime juice and ginger in a shallow dish, mix well. Rince the sea bass fillet well and pat dry, place in the marinade and turn to coat. cover with cling film and place in the fridge for around 15 mins (or up to 4 hours) Preheat the grill on a med-high heat. Grill the fish (skin side up) for about 8 mins, basting once with the sauce. Turn over and grill the flesh side of the fish for a further 5 mins or until cooked, basting occasionally. Serve with the rice and vegetables.
