    1 lb Beef Chuck
    1 lb Beef Sirloin
    1 egg
    1 medium carrot
    1 meduim onion
    3 tsp minced garlic or 3 garlic cloves
    3 - 4 pieces of bread
    garlic salt
    seasonings that you prefer (montrial steak or red robbins spice is great)

    Worcester Shire Sauce
    1 tsp Honey


Pre Heat Oven to 325 degrees

add bread, garlic salt and pepper... spin unitl its well mixed and into crumbs
Set aside in bowl
add carrot, onion and garlic...unitl its well mixed and chopped (not a puree)
Add to bread crumbs
add beef - spin until well chopped (more like ground beef texture) add to bowl of veggies and bread crumbs.

Add 1 egg and gently mix until all ingrediants are well coated (do not mash meat together)

Gently pack into a loaf pan to then turn over and place on a baking sheet

Place in oven for 20 minutes

Mix ketchup, splash of tabasco, honey and splash of worcester shire sauce , mix well

Using a basting brush, brush meatloaf with sauce and continue to cook unitl done (about 60 minutes or until meat reaches 160 degrees internal)

Let meat sit for 5 minutes after cooking

Serves up to 10
