A healthy fudge & fruit treat A healthy fudge & fruit treat
Number of Servings: 4


    1 1/2 Cups very cold nonfat milk or soymilk
    1/2 Cup soft silken tofu
    2 ripe medium bananas, frozen & cut into 1-inch chunks
    2 Tbsp unsweetened natural cocoa powder
    1 Tsp agave nectar or honey
    1/2 Tsp pure vanilla extract


Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses & serve immediately.
