Ingredients

    1-1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken
    1 tbls olive oil
    16 oz pkg broccoli
    1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 cup non fat milk
    salt & pepper to taste
    4 cups cooked egg noodles
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Directions

In a large skillet, saute chicken in oil for 2 minutes.
Add broccoli, saute for another 4-5 minutes of until crisp tender. Stir in the soup, milk, salt and pepper' heat through. Serve over noodles. Sprinkle with cheese.
