    3 tbls pitted finely chopped black olives
    2 tbls capers rinsed and chopped
    2 tbls low fat Mayo
    12 in wheat Italian Loaf, split lengthwise
    2 tsp olive oil
    1-pound bag frozen pepper stir fry mix
    2 cloves garlic minced
    1 tsp balsamic vinegar
    8 oz sliced cooked chicken
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper


in small bowl, mix together olives, capers, and mayo. Spread mixture over the cut side of the top loaf.

In Medium skillet over high heat combine oil and pepper mix. Saute until tender and brown, 5 min.
Add the garlic and vinegar and cook another minute.
Spoon peppers evenly over bottom half of loaf.
Top with chicken then season with salt and pepper.
Place top loaf on the sandwich and cut into 6 slices.
