    Can diced tomatoes
    Small zucchini, cut and diced
    Small onion, chopped
    3-4 Mushrooms, chopped
    4 Baby carrots, sliced
    1/2 cup Peas
    1 cup Green Beans
    1 cup Water
    1 tsp Black Pepper
    Dash Salt


Mix and simmer 15 minutes. May wish to add Dash seasoning or V8 juice.
