    2 cans cream style corn
    4 potatoes
    butter & milk
    garlic salt
    1 # extra lean ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    bread crumbs


Skin and quarter potatoes, boil them until they break apart with a fork. Season beef with garlic salt and pepper, add onion. Brown the meat and drain it. Fill the bottom of a baking dish with the browned meat and onion. Pour the cream corn on top. Mash the potatoes with butter and milk, then layer on top of the cream corn. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and parsley. Bake at 375 until top is golden and crunchy. (About 45 minutes.)
