Ingredients

    1.5 chicken breasts, cut into small, thin, strips
    1 cup onion, chopped
    1 cup bell pepper, cut into small strips
    .5 cups celery, chopped
    1 cup carrots, cut into small strips
    .5 cup canned mushrooms
    3 small cloves garlic, minced finely
    1 tsp ginger root, grated
    2 tbsp ketchup
    1 tbsp brown sugar, packed
    .5 tbsp Kikkoman Aji Mirin
    1 tbsp Kikkoman Rice Wine Vinegar
    1 tbsp soy sauce

Directions

Mix garlic, ginger, ketchup, brown sugar, Aji Mirin, rice wine vinegar, and soy sauce in a small bowl. Set aside.

Heat wok to med high heat. Add sesame oil and brown chicken strips. Add onions, peppers, celery , and carrots. Cook until vegetables start to get fork tender and onions become translucent. Add sauce and cook for another 10 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles.
