I got a veggie sub at a local sub shop and decided to try it out at home. I got a veggie sub at a local sub shop and decided to try it out at home.
Number of Servings: 1


    1/2 onion
    2 Tbsp green pepper
    2 Tbsp. firm tofu
    2 Tbsp soy sauce
    2 tsp worchestershire sauce
    1 whole wheat roll


Cut up your veggies and tofu.
begin by putting the tofu in the skillet and wait until it is brown or your desired cooked-ness.
(do not use cooking oil, that is what the sauces are for)
When tofu is halfway done, add onions and peppers.
Add worchestershire sauce and a tablespoon of soy sauce
Wait until the onions and peppers have browned on the endges and the tofu is done.
(heat bun if you would like)
Put concoction onto the bun, add the remaining soy sauce and guten appetit!!
