    1 Sweet potato chopped (skin on)
    2 medium size onions chopped
    3 carrots peeled and chopped
    2 stalks of celery chopped
    pinch of cinnamon
    slash of vanilla
    chicken broth ( roughly twice as much as vegetables)


Put all ingredients into a pot. Bring to a boil. Continue to boil until vegetables are fork tender.
Puree in a blender. Makes approximately 4 - 1.25 cup servings.
