    3 chicken breasts
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1 tsp. garlic cloves
    1 tbsp. olive oil
    4 potatoes, sliced
    1 can cream mushroom soup
    1 c. water
    2 tbsp. pepper
    1/2 c. carrots


Makes 4 servings

Chop celery, onion.
In frying pan put 1 tbsp. olive oil, heat. Add celery, garlic and onions. Saute. While mixture is in frying pan, peel and slice potatoes.
In cassarole dish, layer chicken, then add saute mixture. Top with sliced potatoes and shredded carrots. Mix can of soup and cup of water together and then pour over entire dish.
Sprinkle pepper over entire dish.

Cook at 300 for 1 hr or 350 for 45 min. until cooked
