Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/3 cup General Tso's sauce,
    1/4 cup Scallions
    Broccoli, fresh, 6 spear (about 5" long)
    *Enova,(soybean oil and canola oil), 1 tbsp (remove)
    Chicken Thigh, 4 thigh, bone and skin removed
    8oz Ronzoni Healthy Harvest whole wheat spaghetti style pasta
    1 Tbsp. Soy sauce

Directions

1. Boil Noodles in salted water
2. Cut the chicken in cubes and season with salt pepper and garlic. Let sit aside for 10 minutes
3.Cut up the onion brocoli into bite sized peices.
4. Heat the wok
5. Add the oil
6. Stir fry the onions for a minute.
7. Then add the Chicken cook until done through.
8. Add the brocoli and cook for 3 mintes more
9. Add the General tso's sauce, soy sauce and the drained noodles with a fourth of a cup of the pasta water.
10. Cook all together for 1 minute and test for seasoning.
11. Garnish with green onion.
