Number of Servings: 10


    1 pound ground Turkey
    1 Pound ground Chicken
    2 eggs
    1 cup bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    1/2 tsp basil
    1/4 tsp red pepper (optional)

    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup ketchup
    1/4 cup tomato sauce
    1 tblsp honey mustard (plain is fine)


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
1 - Mix eggs and seasoning in large bowl.
2 - Add meat and bread crumbs and mix well.
3 - Add mixture to lightly greased loaf pan.
4 - Whisk all sauce ingredients and pour over meatloaf.
5 - Bake for 1hr 15mins until loaf is firm or internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
6 - Reamove loaf from oven and let stand 5-10 mins before serving.
