    1 apple, thinly sliced and cored.
    3 tsp brown sugar
    cinnamon to taste
    2 tbsp quick oats
    3 tbsp PC Blue natural wheat germ
    2 tbsp ground flax meal
    2 tsp margarine


Place cored and sliced apple in microwavable dish, heat for 99 seconds. Remove and set aside.

Combine all dry ingredients in small dish.

Melt margarine in separate microwavable dish, 20-30 seconds.

Add melted margarine to dry ingredients and stir well. Pour this mixture over the apple and stir.

Heat entire combination in microwave again for 99 seconds, serve! Can enjoy with ice cream or cool whip lite.
