    2 lb. ground turkey, lean
    2 cans. O Organic Black Beans
    2 cans O Organic Pinto Beans
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. chunky salsa
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    2 cans no salt added diced tomatoes
    1 tsp. oregano


Cook meat in a large sauce pan until browned. Stirring until it crumbles, drain if necessary. While meat cooks, drain and puree 2 cans of beans with tomatoes in blender. Add puree, other cans of beans, salsa, and seasonings to sauce pan. Stir well. Cook over medium heat 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Spoon into serving bowls. If desired, top with sour cream, onions and shredded cheese. (not calculated in recipe)
