Pizza dough using Kitchen Aid mixer. Makes four pizzas. Pizza dough using Kitchen Aid mixer. Makes four pizzas.

    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 tbsp. sugar
    2 1/2 c. water 110*
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 C. whole wheat flour
    5 C. white flour
    garlic powder
    italian seasoning


Dissolve yeast, sugar in water in mixing bowl of mixer. let sit til proofs, about 10 min. Add remaining ingredients and using dough hook, let machine knead 8 mins. Place dough in oiled bowl, covered with damp clean towel and let sit one hour in warm place 'til double in size. Punch down. Divide dough into 4 rounds. cover and let rise an additional 10 mins. Roll out and place onto pizza pan, with toppings of your choice. Bake 425 for 14 mins. Nutritional info is for each dough ball.
