    3 Chicken Breasts
    2 T. Taco Seasoning
    4 Burrito Shells
    2/3 c. Weight Watchers Cheese
    1 can Enchilada Sauce


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Poach 3 chricken breasts. Shred the meat and add 2 T. taco seasoning (more or less to taste). Warm 4 burrito shells in the microwave. Warming the burritos make them a little easier to roll. Divide meat mixture into 4 equal servings. Place 1 serving of meat mixture on 1 burrito. Place seam side down in pan sprayed w/ vegetable oil. Repeat for all 4 burritos. Pour can of Enchilada Sauce over burritos. Top w/ 2/3 cup of WW cheese or other low fat cheese.

Bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes.
Makes 4 good size servings. Enjoy!

Serve w/ Spanish Rice and lettuce/tomato salad w/ salsa and low fat sour cream. Yum!
