Cook it in the slowcooker, so it's ready when you're home from work! Cook it in the slowcooker, so it's ready when you're home from work!
Number of Servings: 8


    1 lb ground turkey
    1 can of garbanzo beans
    1 can of black beans
    1 lb raw onions
    6 oz of bell peppers
    6 oz of mushrooms
    1 pint of canned tomatoes
    8 oz. raw tomatoes
    7 cloves of garlic
    hot sauce, chili powder, cayenne, etc. to taste


Cook the turkey ahead of time. While turkey is cooking, cut up all of the vegetables into bite sized pieces. Add everything into the slowcooker and season to taste. Cook on low for 7-8 hours, or as required for your slowcooker. Makes about 8 1.25-cup servings.
