A hit with all who try it! I have had multiple requests for this. I got this from a Paula Deen recipe that has become one of my favorites. Ingredients

2 (15 oz) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
2 (15 oz) cans corn, rinsed and drained
2 tomatoes seeded and diced
1 avocado, peeled and diced
1 onion, diced
1/4 C chopped fresh cilantro
2 Tbsp lime juice
1 Tbsp red wine vineagar
Hot sauce to taste
Salt and pepper
Directions
Makes 12 servings
Mix all ingredients except avocado thoroughly in large bowl. Cover and chill overnight. Taste and add salt, pepper or more lime juice as needed as well as diced avocados. Serve with chips or as a side dish.
