Introduction

Ingredients

    1 can fried onion rings, divided
    2 (8 oz.) lowfat cream cheese, softened
    1 c. lowfat sour cream
    1 sm. minced, green pepper (optional)
    1/4 lb. ground pepperoni
    Pinch garlic powder

Directions

Combine about 3/4 can of onion rings with all other ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Place in a small casserole dish. Crush remaining 1/4 can of onion rings and sprinkle over mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. About 16 servings.
