    1/3 C Cottage Cheese
    1 oz. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
    2 eggs seperated
    1 tbsp onion, minced
    1 tsp Dijon mustard
    Dash Worcestershire sauce


Preheat oven to 375. Grease 2 10oz custard cups and set aside.
In blender, combine chesses, egg yolks, onion, mustard and worcestershire sauce and process until smooth, scraping sides often.

In small bowl beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Fold 1/3 of sheese mixture into whites. Then fold the rest in. Spoon half of mixture into each custard cup, place on baking sheet and bake 25 minutes until golden brown.
