Ingredients
-
1 pound package of whole wheat noodles
1/2 cup hidden valley ranch (you can add more or less according to taste)
2 cups frozen peas
Directions
Add peas to the water you're boiling for the pasta. (Make sure you add them first- if you add them later, they'll cool the water and make it stop boiling.)
Once water boils, leave peas in pot and add pasta. Cook pasta according to package directions, until al dente.
Strain pasta and peas, and run cold water over them in the strainer until they cool.
Let sit for a few minutes so excess water drains, then transfer to a large bowl and stir in the ranch dressing.
Let sit overnight for best flavor.
