    1 lb Fresh Strawberries washed, hulled, sliced
    2/3 Cup Sugar
    2 tsp vodka (optional)
    1 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt


Place strawberries in a bowl with the sugar and vodka, toss to coat. Cover strawberries and let stand at room temperature for about an hour.

Next, place strawberry mixture in blender with yogurt. Blend to desired smoothness. Chill mixture in the fridge for about an hour then pour into ice cream maker as per manufacturers instructions.
