Introduction
This modified meatloaf is the leanest I could get it with good flavor. Lots of veggies! If your grocery store freezer doesn't have the mirepoix mix, just dice up a pound of carrots, celery and onions very tiny. Makes a huge batch for having lots of leftovers. Ingredients

-Egg substitute, liquid 1/2 cup
-1 t each dried oregano, garlic, beef bullion powder
-Healthy Pasta Sauce, 2 cups
-Mirepoix mix, 1 lb bag --thawed
-Regular Oats 1 cup
-Turkey, Ground 93% lean, 32 oz
Directions
Preheat over to 350 and spray an 8x10 or 9x9 pan.
In a big bowl, add ingredients in the order listed, mixing well between each one. Top with a little extra pasta sauce and bake uncovered for an hour or until the center reads 160.
