Ingredients

    2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 tbsp. lemon juice
    1 lb. Ocean Perch
    1/2 tbsp Cayenne (Red) Pepper
    3 tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 onion, grated

Directions

Mix Parmesan cheese, cayenne pepper, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and onion together. Spread the mixture over the fish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

    Very Good
    Delicious. I found it a little high in fat content with both parmesan and mayo (and I didn't have any mayo), so I cut back on the cheese and used tzatziki instead of mayonnaise. I also cut the serving size in half. - 2/10/20

    This is such a quick and tasty recipe, I know I'll make it often. My family thought there was too much cayenne pepper, which is weird because they really like spicy foods, so in the future I'll reduce the cayenne.For the size of the perch that we had, the cooking time had to be reduced. - 3/26/10
