Ingredients

    Tomato juice, with salt added, 46 fl oz
    Chicken stock, home-prepared, 2 cup
    Potato, raw, 2 medium, diced (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    Cabbage, fresh, 2 cup, shredded
    Carrots, raw,peeled and sliced 2 medium
    Onion, raw, 1 medium, chopped (2-1/2" dia)
    Pepper, black, 2 tbsp
    Canned Tomatoes, 1 cup
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed, cut into bite sized pieces

Directions

Heat tomato juice, pepper and stock in large stock pot. Add all chopped vegetables and bring to boil. When veggies are tender add diced chicken and canned tomatoes. Bring to a light boil until chicken is cooked.
