    Whole Wheat Flour, 1.5 cup
    Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 1/4 cup Baking Powder, 2.5 tsp
    Salt, .25 tsp
    Egg, fresh, 1 medium
    Soy Milk Plain Light, .75 cup
    Applesauce, unsweetened, .25 cup
    Apples, fresh, .75 cup, quartered or chopped
    Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp


Heat oven to 400. Mix applesauce, egg and milk in bowl. Add chopped apples. Stir in all dry ingredients. Divide between 12 greased muffin cups. Sprinkle ground flax seed on top. Bake
