Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup brown rice
    1 cup frozen peas
    2 cups water (or veg. broth)
    2 threads saffron
    1/2 tsp. garam masala
    1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil

Directions

Put rice, water, oil and seasoning in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer about 10 minutes. Add frozen peas, simmer another 6-10 minutes until peas are done.
