    * Avocados, California (Haas), 2 fruit without skin and seeds (remove)
    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips (remove)
    * *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" (remove)
    * Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper (remove)
    * Lime Juice, 1 lime yields (remove)
    * Cilantro, raw, 2.5 tbsp (remove)


Make a fresh salsa with jalapeno, tomatoes, onions, peppers, cilantro and lime juice. Then take avocados and mash up one, until very creamy mix with fresh salsa. Take second avocado and cut up and mix with fresh salsa avocado mix. Now you have Gaucomole , enjoy!
