    8 oz Jennie O Turkey Sausage
    8 oz Fiber Gourmet Fettuccine Pasta
    1 pkg frozen pepper/onion stir fry
    1 can tomatoes with garlic basil oregano


cook pasta, drain
cut turkey sausage into bite size pieces, lightly brown
Add frozen stir fry, cook until veggies soft
add canned tomatoes
cook all together for about 10 min, then add pasta, stir and serve about 1.5 cup per person
