Number of Servings: 6


    1 c. long-grain brown rice
    1 1/4 c. water
    1/4 cup salsa
    1 Tbs cumin
    1 Tbs tomato flavored chicken boullion powder


Place all ingredients in a steamer basket and cook according to steamer directions for approx. 55 minutes.
