Introduction

Ingredients

    12 ounces of of tilapia or orange roughy
    2 tbsp zadies seasoning
    2 limes
    4 cup cooked minute instant brown rice
    1 tbsp fresh cilantro
    1 small onion
    olive oil spray

    taco shells

    toppings:
    lettuce
    4 oz cheese
    salsa
    2 tbsp sour cream

Directions

place fish on a piece of aluminum foil place on a cookie sheet. Spray lightly with olive oil spray. Sprinkle taco seasoning on the filet. Slice lime, and place lime slices from one lime over the filet. Cover with foil, as if to make a package. Place in a preheated 325 degree oven for about 20-25 minutes.

Cook rice as package directs. After its finished, add finely chopped cilantro and juice from one lime.
