    Baby Spinach, 4 cup
    Romaine Lettuce 4 cup, shredded
    Cucumber (with peel), 3 cup slices
    Sweet peppers (red bell), 1 cup, chopped
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup cherry tomatoes
    Avocados (Haas), 1 fruit
    Hard Boiled Egg, 3 large


Cut all ingredients into bite size pieces. Place in a large salad bowl and toss to mix well. Serve chilled with your favorite dressing.
