This is a healthy chili with no salt. This is a healthy chili with no salt.
Number of Servings: 4


    1 LB Ground Turkey
    1 Can Bush's Black Beans
    1 Can Diced Tomatoes, no salt added
    3 smal cans no salt added tomato sauce
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    2 cloves of garlic, chopped
    2 tsp. Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy
    1 tsp. Ground Cumin
    1/2 tsp. Ground Corriander
    1 tsp. Paprika
    1 tsp.Oregano


Chop onion, pepper and garlic. Brown turkey in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions, pepper and garlic. Once the meat is cooked, add tomatoes and sauce. Add seasonings. Simmer on low 15-20 minutes until seasons combine to your liking. You may want to adjust amount of seasonings to suit your taste.

This is my kids' favorite meal. They like to eat it with Fritos, sour cream and cheese. It is also great over rice or just by itself.

Makes 4 hearty bowls.
