Ingredients

    Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, .66 cup (not packed)
    Fresh or Frozen Raspberries, .5 cup
    Milk, nonfat, .66 cup
    *Splenda, .5 tsp (optional)

Directions

Combine cottage cheese and berries in blender. Blend well, adding milk to reach desired consistency. Add Splenda if desired.

(substitute other berries or fruit as desired)

Makes 1 - 16oz serving
