    8 oz fresh mushrooms (about 2 cups)
    8 slices turkey bacon
    6 oz fat free cream cheese (softened)
    3 scallions sliced
    Cooking Spray


Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Wash mushrooms and remove stems. Pat dry.

Cook turkey bacon until crisp. Cool and crumble.

Add softened cream cheese to bowl. Mix in crumbled bacon and scallion slices.

Spray bottom of mushroom caps. Turn over and stuff mushrooms with cream cheese mixture.

Place in baking dish and bake for 25 - 35 minutes until fillings starts to brown and mushrooms are cooked.

Yield: About 20 mushrooms or two per serving.
