Introduction

This is an awesome Weight Watchers recipe, goes well w/just about anything. This is an awesome Weight Watchers recipe, goes well w/just about anything.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 cup couscous
    1 tsp Asian sesame oil
    1/4tsp Salt
    1 red bell pepper, chopped
    1 carrot chopped
    8 Scallions, thinly sliced
    1/2 fresh lime juice
    1/4 chopped parsley
    1/4 tsp ground ginger
    1/8 tsp ground black pepper

Directions

Make couscous in a saucepand w/ 11/2 cps of water, bring to a boil and add salt, oil and couscous to water let cook 5 minutes.
Mix other ingredients in a bowl, add the couscous and put in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
