    10 Extra Large Mushrooms, stems removed
    6 oz salad shrimp chopped up fine
    1/2 cup Part Skim Mozzarella finely shredded cheese
    1/4 Italian style bread crumbs - I used Progresso brand
    3 Tbsp regular Mayonnaise
    Cayanne Pepper to taste


Place the Mushrooms on a baking pan that has been lightly sprayed with Olive Oil Pam. Stem side facing up.
Chop the shrimp either by hand or in a food processor. don't turn to paste if using the processor, they need some texture. Blend in the rest of the ingredients. Fill the depressions of the mushrooms with shrimp mixture. Place under low heat broiler, or on 2nd rack down from broiler, for 10 minutes.
Serves 5 with 2 mushrooms per person, or 10 with 1 per person.
