    1 large egg
    29 oz pumpkin(lg can)
    4 T splenda baking type
    pinch of salt
    1.5 t cinn, nutmeg, cloves combined
    3 T bread flour
    8 oz soy milk, vanilla light


Combine ingredients.
Pour into sprayed pie plate
Bake in (convection) oven 325 deg for 45 min or till center is sort of dry.
