Number of Servings: 6


    3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1 jalapeno pepper
    1 small can diced green chilis
    1 onion, diced
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 1/2 tsp cumin
    1 tsp salt
    1 cup chicken broth
    6 whole wheat tortillas, larger size


Chop the jalapeno, making sure to pull all the seeds and ribs out. Spray crockpot with cooking spray. Place chicken in crockpot and top with jalapeno, onion, garlic, salsa, green chilis, cumin, salt and broth. Cover and cook on high about 2-3 hours or low 4-5. Take chicken out and shred and mix back in. Place a 1/4 cup in each tortilla and wrap up burrito style. Can top with cheese, lettuce, avocado or sour cream before rolling.
