Introduction

DELICIOUS! This is a VERY heavy and filling bread. Great with some low sugar jelly spread on top or Natural peanut or almond butter. Even great by itself. DELICIOUS! Ingredients

    3/4 C. plus 2 TBL water

    1 T. Butter

    1 C. Unbleached Flour for bread

    2/3 C. Whole Wheat Flour

    1/3 C. Barley Flour

    1/3 C. Toasted Flax Seeds

    1/3 C. Sunflower Seeds, UNsalted

    2 TBL. Brown Sugar, packed

    1 tsp Salt

    1 pkt yeast


Directions

Place all ingredients into bread maker according to machine directions. Make sure to add the Flax & Sunflower seeds after the first knead so they won't be chopped up.
