Number of Servings: 24


    2 cups warm water (110 degrees)
    3/4 cups sugar
    3 packages yeast

    1 cup melted butter flavored Crisco
    3 eggs
    1 cup Kellog's All Bran cereal

    1 teaspoon salt
    6-8 cups Gold Medal Flour


Combine sugar and yeast in warm water. Allow to bubble for several minutes.

Meanwhile, combine melted Crisco, eggs and cereal in a mixer.

Alternate adding the yeast mixture and the flour to the egg mixture.

Knead for 5 minutes.

Allow to double in a warm place. (1-2 hours)

Punch down. Form into 2 loaves and place into floured loaf pans or form into 24 rolls.

Allow to rise again.

Preheat oven to 375.

Bake loaves for 35 minutes.
Bake rolls for 18 minutes.
