    16 oz. bag of Egg Noodles, No Yolks brand
    2 small cans Campbell's Cream of Mushroom
    2 medium cans Albacore Tuna in water
    16 oz. bag of frozen peas & carrots
    1.5 cups green & red bell peppers, diced


Cook noodles according to package. While noodles are cooking, microwave veggies to al dente. To drained noodles, add soup and veggies, mix. Transfer to casserole dish. Top with crumbled crackers to prevent top noodles from petrifying. Bake 40 minutes at 350F. Serves 6.
