    1 cup flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 cup Splenda
    1/2 tsp salt
    3 Tbsp cocoa powder

    1/2 cup skim milk
    2 Tbsp margarine, melted
    1/4 cup chopped nuts

    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup cocoa powder
    2 cups boiling water


1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, Splenda, salt, and cocoa powder together.
3. Combine milk and melted margarine, add to dry ingredients to form a stiff mixture. Add nuts if desired.
4. Pour into a greased 8"X8" pan.
5. In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar, cocoa, and boiling water.
6. Pour over batter and bake for 40 minutes. Serve warm
