Ingredients

    *Whole Wheat Penne (dry), 14 oz (remove)
    *Turkey Polish Sausage, 18 oz (remove)
    Spinach, fresh, 2 cup (remove)
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 bunch (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Sweet peppers (bell), 2 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" (remove)
    Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced (remove)
    Canned Tomatoes, 2 can (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 0.5 cup (remove)

Directions

Cook pasta according to directions. Drain
Saute Vegetables until tender.
Mix all ingredients together with canned tomatoes in a large roasting pan.
Bake at 350 for 30-40 mins
